Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. Who is responsible

Pertinent (p7t.ai) is operated by ProgMa Group AB, registered in Sweden, which is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: roni@progma.se.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up with Google or with email and password (passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text).

Usage data: the websites you point the Service at, the goals and text you enter, the email drafts generated for you, and feedback you submit.

Billing data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer reference; your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service: authenticating you, generating drafts, enforcing plan limits, processing payments, and responding to feedback. Website content and your goals are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate drafts. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Legal bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), and to comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping requirements.

5. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, plus browser storage for interface preferences (like whether the intro animation has played). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Sharing and processors

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU region Stockholm), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Anthropic (AI draft generation). Each processes data under their own data-processing terms.

7. Retention and security

We keep account data for as long as your account exists, and billing records for as long as bookkeeping law requires. Generated drafts and feedback are kept so the Service can show your history; you can request deletion at any time. Data is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask for a copy in a portable format, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Email roni@progma.se and we will help.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, the current version is always published on this page and material changes will be communicated through the Service.
